Russ was absolutely fantastic. He accommodated me on a last minute job when the person I booked hadn’t shown up, came on time, worked a long day and did an outstanding job. Unlike others who charge by the job, Russ charged a flat rate for the day and did even more than we had discussed without sacrificing quality. He cleaned up after himself and left the house spotless. After getting multiple quotes on painting a few rooms in my house, I used RPB Painting and Wallpaper Hanging.  I have no doubt I made the right choice. Russ was very responsive and professional.  The more he did and saw his workmanship the more I wanted him to do and he was willing to go over and above from what I originally asked him to do.  He made walls from a house built in 1955 with wall paper on them look like new.  I would use Russ again for any paint or wall paper job in the future and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was a pleasure doing business with Russ and his helper Jeff. His attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He did such a beautiful job removing wallpaper, repairing the walls and painting them. I am hesitant to hang anything because they look so amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the transformation our Victorian home’s entryway (and all upstairs hallways) underwent thanks to Russ. He removed an abundance of old wallpaper, then painted all walls, ceilings, moldings and trim and hung new wallpaper in select areas to perfection. Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, punctual, very hard working, and paid close attention to detail.

We originally hired him to hang wallpaper in our toddlers room which he did very well, however, my husband needed further help spackling and painting in our basement. He did both and worked with vigor until the job was done staying one night until 7pm. When he was waiting for something to dry he offered his help elsewhere in the basement.
